News Nuggets: ‘Kinky Boots’ leads Broadway.com Audience Choice nominations

The Broadway.com Audience Choice Award nominations have been announced, and “Kinky Boots” leads the nominations with eight. “Matilda” follows close behind with 7. Also nominated are well-known stars including Jessica ChastainScarlett Johansson, and Sigourney Weaver.

In light of the success of “Talking Dead,” the live after-show following episodes of the post-apocalyptic drama “The Walking Dead,” AMC orders “Talking Bad,” which will follow the final eight episodes of “Breaking Bad,” which begin airing on August 11.
