The Golden Globes often honor new TV shows and performers with nominations. And they endorse the winners of the Emmys from the previous fall.
At last year’s awards, the red-hot laffer “Girls” and its multi-hyhenate Lena Dunham won as did Don Cheadle for the first season of the seriocomic “House of Lies.” On the drama front, “Homeland” swept as it had at the Emmys, winning the series prize as well as for leads Claire Danes and Damian Lewis.
Below, our predictions for Thursday’s nominees in the 11 TV races based upon the combination of our three sets of forecasts : our Editors , all site Users and Top 24 Users (who scored best last year predicting these awards).
