  1. I’m shocked to see that Gangster Squad didn’t make the cut. It was definitely worth some Razzie consideration: Worst Picture, Director, Actor (Josh Brolin and Ryan Gosling), Supporting Actor (Nick Notle and Michael Pena), Supporting Actress (Emma Stone), Screenplay, and Screen Couple. I’m actually surprised to see The Secret Life of Walter Mitty on here.

  2. Depp, Stiller, Watts, Berry, Pfeiffer, Ronan, Affleck, Hammer, Ryder, Winslet, Keaton, Sarandon, Breslin, Carter have ABSOLUTELY no place to be on this shortlist. Their films may not have been good, but as the great actors they are they did the best they could with the material and do NOT deserve to be compared to horrible work delivered by the other in their respective categories. Obviously these voters are into herd mentality and probably don’t even watch the movies, if they did, they would know that the lone ranger in the film titled The Lone Ranger is not a supporting player. ‘The Call’ hate annoys me the most : that was a competent thriller, not necessarily good but not bad, either, definitely nowhere near ‘worst’ level and the Berry-Breslin duo delivered good genre performances and frankly I don’t think tearing down this film without a decent reason sends the right message to the industry. An actress of color and certain age – an Oscar winning great actress and stunning beauty I might add – managed to open a genre pic basically on her star power alone and thanks to in part a winning business model (high concept / low budget) made it a financially succesful one, proving to the youth obsessed, male oriented film business that people ARE interested in female centered stories even if the actress isn’t necesssarily – gasp – a twentysomething and white.

  3. Oh come on… The secret life of Walter Mitty being on this list is madness !!! It was a wonderful film, it had it’s flaws but does not deserve to be compared to some of these other disasters.

  4. ive lost all respect for the Razzies, how is “A Good Day to Die Hard” not a nominee for Worst film of the year. Its the only film this year, in which I have left the screen pissed off and annoyed, even Movie 43 didnt do that to me, and that was awful.

  5. hahaha so sad that Robert De niro is a top-contender more or less every year lately. Jaden Smith should win even though it’s pretty harsh since he is just a kid. Would be really sad if Ashton Kutcher won since he is super proud of that movie.
