SAG Awards TV nominations preview: ‘Homeland,’ ‘Modern Family,’ ’30 Rock’ to reap three each

At Wednesday’s announcement of the SAG Awards TV nominations, expect strong showings by  “Homeland,” “Modern Family and “30 Rock,” which should all reap three bids.

However, while we predict “Modern Family” will prevail here for the fourth year in a row, look for recent Emmy winner “Breaking Bad” to take the top prize here as it did at the Emmys. And expect “Bad” star Bryan Cranston to avenge his Emmy loss to Jeff Daniels (“The Newsroom”) while bad boy Alec Baldwin is likely to take home his eighth straight Comedy Actor trophy.
