Billboard Music Awards: Complete list of winners

The annual Billboard Music Awards were handed out Sunday night in a performance-filled ceremony at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas and aired on ABC. In between songs, the winners of 39 awards were announced, with many musical artists accepting via satellite as they are out on tour.
