In our newest prediction video, Gold Derby Editors come together to dissect many of the whopping 80 categories that’ll be handed out Saturday night during the 66th Creative Arts Emmys.
Among the races discussed are the four Guest Acting categories, Best Animated Program, Best Structured/Unstructured Reality Programs and, yes, even Best Costumes. (Watch the entire video below.)

Joining me in the slugfest are Rob Licuria, Matt Noble, Charles Bright and Ralph Galvan as we debate dozens of creative Arts categories. Some of our more heated discussions come in the four acting races, where we’re particularly torn over who’s ahead for Best Comedy Guest Actor and Best Comedy Guest Actress. But we do concede that Best Reality Host is a race between Heidi Klum/Tim Gunn (“Project Runway“) and Jane Lynch (“Hollywood Game Night“) because of their socko episode submissions.
As for some of the various other categories we analyze, can “True Detective” take down “Breaking Bad” for Best Casting? Will a movie star win Best Narrator? Is “Cosmos” the frontrunner for Main Titles? And will it be “South Park” or “Futurama” that claims Best Animated Program?
Be sure to join us on the Gold Derby home page starting at 4 p.m. PT/ 7 p.m. ET on Saturday as we provide live coverage of the Creative Arts Emmy ceremony. We will have Editors Marcus James Dixon and Galvan backstage providing the winners as they happen. And Editors Chris Beachum, Paul Sheehan, Noble, Licuria and Bright will be discussing all the categories and winners live. Have your say on the winners (and losers) using the chat box on the home page.
