Bianco backs “Orange is the New Black,” bringing that up to a tie with “Veep” at four Experts apiece. Rice is the lone vote for “Louie.” The other two pundits — Tom O’Neil (Gold Derby) and Steve Pond (The Wrap”) — are predicting that “Modern Family” will win this race for a fifth consecutive year, tying the Emmy record set by “Frasier” (1994-1998).
Rice is with the majority (9) who expect Julia Louis-Dreyfus (“Veep“) to win this race for the third year running.
Bianco joins Mike Cidoni (AP) in predicting an upset by newcomer Taylor Schilling (“Orange is the New Black”).

Bianco is with the majority (7) in predicting a win for Andre Braugher (“Brooklyn Nine-Nine“) while Rice is one of four who expects last year’s champ Tony Hale (“Veep”) to repeat.
Bianco joins Mike Cidoni (AP) in predicting Cat Deeley (“SYTYCD”) while Rice makes it five for Jane Lynch (“Hollywood Game Night“). Heidi Klum/Tim Gunn (“Project Runway“) have three votes.
