Oscar predictions: Experts vs. Editors battle in four races

There is strong consensus between our 30 Oscar Experts and Gold Derby’s eight Editors in most of this year’s races. Indeed, the collective predictions of each group match in 20 out of 24 categories, as detailed below. 

However, there are four especially close categories where the Experts and Editors can’t agree on the frontrunner, including the big one: Best Picture!
