Like her “NCIS” co-star Michael Weatherly, (“NCIS“), Pauley Perrette is beloved by her fans with an impressive Q score of 31 (Q scores have long been used by marketers for advertising effect). The actress in second place with a score of 30 is A.J. Cook (“Criminal Minds”). Then comes Emmy winner Mariska Hargitay (“Law and Order: SVU”) with a 29. Others in the top 10 include: Emily VanCamp (“Revenge”), Bellamy Young and Kerry Washington (“Scandal”), Kaley Cuoco (“The Big Bang Theory“), and Jennifer Morrison (“Once Upon a Time“). The Wrap

Former cast member Darrell Hammond is returning to “Saturday Night Live.” He will be the new voiceover announcer for the show’s opening after the death of the legendary Don Pardo last month. Hammond had filled in a few times in the past when Pardo had laryngitis but will not try to mimic his iconic voice. “SNL” returns for a 40th season on September 27 with guest host Chris Pratt and musical guest Ariana Grande. Sarah Silverman and Maroon 5 will follow on October 4. Newly announced Bill Hader and Hozier are next on October 11. TV Line

The TV Guide Network (TVGN) is relaunching in early 2015 as a new network called POP. Veteran publicist Bob Palmer dies at age 85 in California. He is best known for orchestrating a highly successful 1991 Oscar campaign for his client Anthony Hopkins (“Silence of the Lambs”).
