What time are the MTV Movie Awards?

The MTV Movie Awards air tonight at 9 p.m. ET, preceded by 30-minute red-carpet pre-show at 8:30 p.m. ET. You can see the pre-show and other multi-camera views here.

The two-hour awards ceremony will be held at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles, co-hosted by Conan O’Brien and “Teen Wolf” star Tyler Posey.

“The Hunger Games: Catching Fire,” “American Hustle” and “The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug” top the nominations that are scattered among wacky categories that include Best Kiss and Best Villain.
