At Saturday's cocktail reception for Emmy nominees hosted by the TV academy, we chatted with Best Drama Supporting Actor contender Alan Cumming ("The Good Wife") on the red carpet about his Emmy nomination and his nemesis next season on the show, Margo Martindale. Watch our fun interview below.

"I'm actually very sanguine and relaxed," Cumming tells us about Emmy night. "Also, I really don't think I'll win. And neither do you, [based on] my odds." Cumming currently has 50/1 odds to win, but shocks happen all the time at the Emmys — just ask last week's Creative Arts winner Margo Martindale ("The Americans").

"She won last week, that's what scares me. I know you weren't [predicting her]. That's what freaks me out. She thought Cicely Tyson was supposed to win. You got it wrong, boys," Cumming says with a wink. "Maybe I will win!"
