Congratulations to Christy-m for a very impressive top score of 72% predicting the 2015 Golden Globe TV nominations on Thursday. She stands alone at the top with the best percentage and a great point total of 13,760 by using her 500 and 200 point bets wisely.
Over 1,300 people worldwide predicted the nominees in 11 categories. Among our scoring champ’s best picks were Wagner Moura (“Narcos“) for Best Drama Actor, Jamie Lee Curtis (“Scream Queens“) for Best Comedy Actress, and Christian Slater (“Mr. Robot“) for Best Supporting Actor. She was perfect in the categories of Best Drama Series and Best Movie/Limited Series.

Among the predictor groups, the best performance was by our Editors with 66.36% correct. The Experts are in second place with 65.91% right. The Top 24 Users (those two dozen folks who had done the best predicting last year’s winners) are next with 63.64% correct. The last spot is held by the overall Users with 61.82% right. For the five Experts predicting Globe TV noms, the best overall score is by Paul Sheehan (Gold Derby) with 68% correct. Next up is Joyce Eng (TV Guide) at 63% and then Matthew Jacobs (Huffington Post) at 62%. Tom O’Neil (Gold Derby) follows with 60% and then Ken Tucker (Yahoo) with 58% right.
Among the five Editors, I am in first place with 70% accuracy (second among all predictors worldwide). Matt Noble is in second place with 64% correct. Rob Licuria is next at 63% and then Marcus Dixon at 62%. Daniel Montgomery follows at 60%.
