This is the view I will have on Sunday from the bridge over the Oscars’ red carpet when I appear as a commentator during the “Entertainment Tonight” live pre-show on the Pop Channel with Nancy O’Dell, Kevin Frazier and Brooke Anderson.
I snuck over to the Dolby Theater on Wednesday to check out preparations for the red carpet and took some snapshots with my iPhone despite cries of “Excuse me, sir, but you can’t take that photo” from tut-tutting security goons and academy budinskies. They weren’t bugging dozens of other people pointing cameras and clicking, so why should I heed them?
I shouldn’t … and I didn’t. Thus you can enjoy clicking through the photos below of the scene outside Hollywood & Highland where Hollywood Boulevard has been shut down to create the red carpet promenade four days before the Oscars.
