  1. For Joy, The Revenant and Hateful Eight is a question of screeners. They will be nominated for Golden Globes and Oscars.

  2. The reason Di Caprio got a nomination is because critics just voted for him just because…That has to be the reason since Joy, The Revenant and Hateful Eight got snubbed.

  3. Dear the dude who’s talking about DiCaprio in the comments-
What are you ever talking about? You are contradicting yourself regarding The Revenant. How was that movie snubbed, if DiCaprio got nominated?

  4. Damon would definitely get nominated. Nobody really cares about this. The film is too successful both commercially and critically and a large part of that reason is due to his performance because he carried that film singlehandedly. Strong contenders like Revenant and Joy didnt even get the reviews the Martian got so this is nothing to worry about.

  5. I never believed The Martian hype from the beginning but was talked into it by pundits and “experts”. Matt Damon plays himself like he does in every other Matt Damon movie.

  6. Agree with Adam Rock. The Martian hype completely baffles my mind- I didn’t even agree with putting it. I don’t even see Ridley Scott getting an Oscar nomination. I guarantee he will not

  7. Please Golden Globes and Oscars correct this mess!!!!!! I would like to watch the Globes and the Oscars this year. I’m going to miss the SAGs for sure.

  8. Glad Rachel McAdams got in for Spotlight, she was great to watch in the film. Michael Keaton and Mark Ruffalo are a bit overhyped in the film as I thought Liev Schrieber was suprerior in the film is deserves his first Oscar Nomination. However, I’m all for Mark Rylance pushing towards an Oscar win.
