so you think you can dance season 12 top 20

Two weeks ago, we asked our readers what they thought of this season’s “Stage vs. Street” format on “So You Think You Can Dance,” which pits formally trained stage dancers against naturally gifted performers of street styles. The verdict is in: viewers don’t like it.

‘SYTYCD’ power rankings: Why Team STREET will ultimately win the season

Only 10.7% of our respondents said they love the change in format this season. Another 29.14% are neutral, saying they could take it or leave it. But a whopping 60.16% say they hate it. Do you agree with their assessment? You can keep voting in our poll at the bottom of this post.

On Monday night, the show narrowed down the contest to the top eight dancers. The four remaining members of Team Stage are Gaby Diaz, Jim Nowakowski, Hailee Payne and Derek Piquette. They face off against Team Street dancers Megz Alfonso, Eddie Eskridge, Virgil Gadson and Jaja Vankova. To vote on which of those eight you’re rooting for to win, click here. And make your predictions at the bottom of this post to let us know who you think will be eliminated.

In our “So You Think You Can Dancepredictions center, you get to answer the following questions each week:
