According to exclusive Gold Derby odds derived from the predictions made by contest entrants like you, Monica’s elimination was not a shocker as she had leading 3/2 odds (41% chance) of being voted out Wednesday night.
Our readers were onto her potential ouster thanks to the CBS promos showing Monica heavily in the episode after four weeks of editing around her.
Regarding this, Monica reveals, “I definitely did a lot more legwork than you get to see and it’s sad that you guys don’t get to see that. I have my experience and I know that I have my memories and what I take from it.”
She even goes a bit further, explaining, “What it comes down to is, fans voted me to go back on. America voted. So I think America deserved to see what my story was and what I did out there. It’s not like I showed up and just sat there in the corner and didn’t say anything or speak to anyone. I definitely had relationships with people.”
Also in our chat, Monica talks about her relationship today with controversial castaway Russell Hantz from her original season in Somoa, what she thinks of Kelley Wentworth as the predicted winner of “Survivor: Second Chance” and what we didn’t get to see on TV.

If the majority of readers think Woo will be out, that means he’ll have the best odds and will go to the front of the pack. Conversely, the contestants who don’t receive many predictions have the worst odds and will go to the bottom of the pile.
