Even though they made it to the Final 3 of "Survivor: Second Chance," both Tasha Fox and Spencer Bledsoe knew they might be outmatched by eventual winner Jeremy Collins. "Jeremy has the perfect story," Tasha explains to Gold Derby on the red carpet at Wednesday's season finale. "He played with his wife, she got voted out, he gets the second chance, he's having a baby, it's for Val. It's like the perfect story." Watch our full interviews below.
Spencer agrees with Tasha, admitting, "Jeremy played a great game. I went into Tribal thinking I have a shot to win [but that] Jeremy has a great shot to win. Would it have shocked me if I had won? No. Did it shock me that Jeremy won? No. This guy played a great game. 'I have a son speech' or no 'have a son speech,' he's gonna win."
According to exclusive Gold Derby odds that were derived from the predictions made by contest entrants like you, firefighter Jeremy had overwhelming 5/4 odds (44% chance) to win the $1 million grand prize. In the finale, he wound up receiving a record 10 votes to win at the live Tribal Council, compared to 0 votes for both Spencer and Tasha.
Also in our chats, Tasha relives the frightening moment where she almost drowned, while Spencer's answer to whether or not he'll ever play again may disappoint his biggest fans.
"Survivor" may be over, but there are still many prediction contests to play at Gold Derby, including the Oscars, Golden Globes, SAG Awards, Critics' Choice and so much more. Click here to start making your predictions right now.
