“I was never, ever, ever going to quit the game,” Jenn Brown clarifies during her “Survivor: Worlds Apart” exit Q&A with Gold Derby (listen below). “The move to say, ‘Vote me out, I don’t want to be here’ partially was like, you guys are awful, but also, usually when you say vote me out, no one votes you out. So I tried it [last week], and it worked.” Hurry — make your predictions for next week’s episode and you could win our prize of a $100 Amazon gift certificate. It’s fun and easy, so start now by scrolling down and predicting who will be eliminated next.
Jenn doesn’t hold back when asked about her thoughts on Will Sims‘ relentless personal attacks on Shirin in Wednesday’s episode. “There is this saying where people say nothing is off limits. But I think there is a line that was crossed and then jumped over, and then he threw a bomb on the line and said the line never existed.”
She calls Will “evil” and continues, “That was the most uncalled for thing I’ve ever seen in my life. I did not see it coming from Will in either way, shape or form. It makes me view him as a totally different person.”
Besides Will, what does Jenn really think about each of her fellow tribe mates? She gives us the following snap-judgment descriptions:
Shirin Oskooi: “Awesome”
Mike Holloway: “Loud”
Carolyn Rivera: “Queen”
Tyler Fredrickson: “Slytherin”
Rodney Lavoie: “Hand sanitizer”
Sierra Thomas: “Sweet”
Dan Foley: “No”

Jenn’s elimination was hardly a surprise, as she was ranked first in Gold Derby’s predictions to go home with final odds of 10/3 (click on the above-left chart for the episode’s full odds).
Whose torch do you think will be snuffed next? Be sure to visit our predictions center and make/update your forecasts before voting closes Wednesday at 5 p.m. PT. The user with the highest prediction accuracy and most points will win a $100 Amazon gift certificate.
Where do you fall on our overall Season 30 leaderboard?
All season long, three users — Benutty, Smartdude, Taloson — have been battling it out for the top spot, and this week brings a tie for the highest prediction accuracy with Benutty and Smartdude both at 67%. However, Benutty’s point score (109,092) is higher than Smartdude’s (84,992) which is why he claims first place. Talk about a true nail-biter!
Can YOU beat these frontrunners to win our prizes? Then be sure to take part in our “Survivor” prediction contest. We’re giving away $100 Amazon gift certificates to our weekly winners plus at season’s end. The deadline for each episode is Wednesday at 5 p.m. PT.
Our current overall leader Benutty predicted Joaquin Souberbielle‘s elimination back in Episode 6. However, he hasn’t forecasted any of the four eliminations since then (see complete predix), proving that it’s possible to do well in our contests without getting everything right.
Remember that coming out on top doesn’t just mean answering that week’s questions correctly. You also have to use your three big bets (500 points and two of 200 points) strategically to score the most game points. If you bet on a longshot who pulls off an upset, you can really rack up the points, so don’t take them for granted.
To vote for who think will go home next on “Survivor,” drag contestants over from the left to the right and arrange them in your predicted order. For example, if you think Sierra will be eliminated, make sure you put her in first place. You can continue to update and change your predictions throughout the week, just click “Save Predictions” when you’ve settled on your choice.
Average Gold Derby users just like YOU often turn out to be our smartest prognosticators, so it’s important that you give us your predictions. You can change them later as often as you like.
We are forecasting everything from the results on TV shows like “The Voice,” “Survivor,” “Dancing with the Stars,” “American Idol” and “The Amazing Race” to the winners of the Primetime and Daytime Emmys and the Tony Awards.
