Ex-talent agent Tyler currently tops our winner’s chart with overall odds of 2/1, followed by oil driller Mike in second place at 3 to 1.

Then there’s somewhat of a surprise in our #3 position, as the island’s sole castaway not to be a part of the mega alliance, Shirin Oskooi, has 9/2 odds to win. Perhaps our readers are throwing Shirin a bone, or maybe they think she’s finally going to find a way to weasel her way into the dominant group this week.

Carolyn Rivera is my pick to win, however I’m one of the few as she’s in fourth place (8/1 odds) according to our overall predictions. Our readers put Sierra Thomas in fifth place with odds of 20/1, followed by Rodney Lavoie in sixth place at 50 to 1, and then Dan Foley and Will Sims are tied for last at lowly 100/1 odds apiece.

Should you go with the consensus and pick one of the frontrunners like Tyler or Mike? Or should you go against the grain and hope a longshot contender like Dan will pull off a surprise victory? This is where the strategy — and fun — comes into play here at Gold Derby when making your weekly predictions.

Mike first topped our winner’s chart for Episode 9 and stayed in that #1 position for Episode 10 as well, while Tyler (who’d previously placed second and third) has finally reached the lead in our predictions for this week’s Episode 11, titled “Survivor Russian Roulette.”

Can Tyler hold onto the lead? That’s up to YOU to decide. Every time someone logs their predictions at Gold Derby, the overall odds are updated accordingly. Thus, if you put Tyler in your #1 position to win, his odds will get slightly better. If you put him way down in your last slot, his odds will worsen.

Whose torch do you think will be snuffed next? Be sure to visit our predictions center and make/update your forecasts before voting closes Wednesday at 5 p.m. PT. The user with the highest prediction accuracy and most points will win a $100 Amazon gift certificate.

Where do you fall on our overall Season 30 leaderboard?

All season long, three users — Benutty, Smartdude, Taloson — have been battling it out for the top spot, and this week brings a tie for the highest prediction accuracy with Benutty and Smartdude both at 67%. However, Benutty’s point score (109,092) is higher than Smartdude’s (84,992) which is why he claims first place. Talk about a true nail-biter!

Taloson comes in third with 64%, followed by Sunhound in fourth place with 62% and JasonNolette in fifth place with 57%. Click here to see where you score on our overall season leaderboard.

Can YOU beat these frontrunners to win our prizes? Then be sure to take part in our “Survivor” prediction contest. We’re giving away $100 Amazon gift certificates to our weekly winners plus at season’s end. The deadline for each episode is Wednesday at 5 p.m. PT.

Our current overall leader Benutty predicted Joaquin Souberbielle‘s elimination back in Episode 6. However, he hasn’t forecasted any of the four eliminations since then (see complete predix), proving that it’s possible to do well in our contests without getting everything right.

Remember that coming out on top doesn’t just mean answering that week’s questions correctly. You also have to use your three big bets (500 points and two of 200 points) strategically to score the most game points. If you bet on a longshot who pulls off an upset, you can really rack up the points, so don’t take them for granted.

To vote for who think will go home next on “Survivor,” drag contestants over from the left to the right and arrange them in your predicted order. For example, if you think Sierra will be eliminated, make sure you put her in first place.
