On “Survivor: Worlds Apart,” Will Sims is far from a physical powerhouse and he’s not really a mental threat either, which is likely why our readers think he’ll be a non-factor when it comes to winning this season. Can Will overcome his lowly 100/1 odds at Gold Derby to earn the title of Sole Survivor? Hurry — make your predictions for next week’s episode and you could win our prize of a $100 Amazon gift certificate. It’s fun and easy, so start now by scrolling down and predicting who will be eliminated next.
According to exclusive Gold Derby predictions, Will’s chances of winning the game are only about 2%. Even if he makes it to the two-hour season finale on May 20 and winds up in the Top 3, he likely won’t earn a single vote from the jury.
Why? Because keep in mind that two jury members — Jenn Brown and Shirin Oskooi — called Will “evil” during their exit Q&A’s with me. If these two have any influence at all with their fellow bitter jury members at Ponderosa, there goes Will’s shot at the million dollars. (Listen to Jenn’s elimination podcast here and Shirin’s here.)
The good news for Will? There are two people who may be even more disliked than him still in the game, particularly in light of our recent poll where we asked our readers to name their least favorite castaways of Season 30.
If Will, Dan and Rodney are at the bottom of the pile for who’ll win, that means there are realistically only three castaways still in the running for the $1 million prize.
Mike Holloway currently tops our readers’ predictions for who will win with leading 7/5 odds (41% chance), followed by Carolyn Rivera at 23/10 (30% chance) and Sierra Thomas with odds of 6/1 (14% chance).

Where do you fall on our overall Season 30 leaderboard?
All season long, three users — Smartdude, Benutty, Taloson — have been battling it out for the top spot, and this week Smartdude remained in the #1 position on our leaderboard with his “smart” predictions of Episode 12. He now has leading 67% prediction accuracy while Benutty and Taloson are tied in second place with 63%. Talk about a true nail-biter!
Can YOU beat these frontrunners to win our prizes? Then be sure to take part in our “Survivor” prediction contest. We’re giving away $100 Amazon gift certificates to our weekly winners plus at season’s end. The deadline for each episode is Wednesday at 5 p.m. PT.
Our current overall leader Smartdude predicted Tyler’s elimination this week. However, he missed calling the previous two back-to-back ousters of Jenn and Shirin (see complete predix), proving that it’s possible to do well in our contests without getting everything right.
Remember that coming out on top doesn’t just mean answering that week’s questions correctly. You also have to use your three big bets (500 points and two of 200 points) strategically to score the most game points. If you bet on a longshot who pulls off an upset, you can really rack up the points, so don’t take them for granted.
To vote for who you think will go home next on “Survivor,” drag contestants over from the left to the right and arrange them in your predicted order. For example, if you think Sierra will be eliminated, make sure you put her in first place. You can continue to update and change your predictions throughout the week, just click “Save Predictions” when you’ve settled on your choice.
Average Gold Derby users just like YOU often turn out to be our smartest prognosticators, so it’s important that you give us your predictions. You can change them later as often as you like.
We are forecasting everything from the results on TV shows like “The Voice,” “Survivor,” “Dancing with the Stars,” “The Amazing Race” and “Game of Thrones” to the winners of the Emmys and Tonys.
