‘Survivor: Second Chance’: Win prizes predicting who’ll win Season 30

Why? Because your predictions will factor into our official racetrack odds that are pored over by other “Race” fans and TV execs who want to know which teams you love and hate, who you want to win and who you are desperate to see get a send-off.

Almost half of our readers (48%) already taking part in the predictions contest got it right that this week would be a non-elimination leg.

We’re eight episodes into this 27th season and historically that has been a time when the last team to check in at the pit stop has avoided being bounced.

However, we overestimated the strength of both the cheerleaders (Tiffany and Krista) and the Texans (Tanner and Josh). They had begun this leg in third and fourth respectively but ended it arriving at the mat at the back of the pack with just seconds separating them.

Ten of our contest entrants scored 100% on this leg by correctly predicting that no team would be eliminated, that Justin and Diana would win this leg and that the U-Turn would not be used.

Congratulations to Erik10101 who broke the tie by his savvy placement of his three big bets (500 points and two of 200 points). If eligible, as per our contest rules, he will win a $100 Amazon gift certificate.

This success moves Erik10101 into a four-way tie for second place with Jason NoletteAdam Rock and Ain’t No ElitistRov continues to lead with overall accuracy of 79% and 4,702 points. Remember, ties for top accuracy are broken by points so it is vital that you place those big bets every week.

There are still many weeks left to play in our contest and be eligible to win both our weekly and overall season prizes. Don’t forget to update YOUR predictions here.
