Watch almost 200 video chats with 2015 Emmy contenders

Chris Geere on playing a cad: “I think everyone’s got a bit of nasty in them. Whether they choose to reveal it is a different thing.”

Aya Cash says their characters aren’t unlikable, just honest: “They’re honest in who they are and don’t make a lot of apologies for who they are, so even if they’re a mess, they’re not ashamed of it. There’s not a lot of shame in their game.”

Stephen Falk on wanting to shake up the romantic comedy genre: “I was always a big fan of the romantic comedy genre. I just thought it had gone through a long cycle of kind of the same thing, and I think people were growing a little tired of it, both in movies and TV.”
