Nominations for the 69th BAFTA Film Awards bestowed by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts were announced Friday. These kudos, honoring the best British and international contributions to film, will be handed out on Feb. 14 (two days after final Oscar voting starts) in a ceremony at the Royal Opera House in London. “Bridge of Spies” and “Carol” lead the kudos with nine nominations apiece.
