Past Oscar champs Benicio Del Toro, Whoopi Goldberg, and Charlize Theron are among the first wave of presenters announced for the Oscar ceremony next month. Del Toro took Best Supporting Actor for the 2000 film "Traffic." Goldberg got the "O" in her EGOT when she won Best Supporting Actress in 1990 for "Ghost." And Theron, who prevailed as Best Actress in 2003 for "Monster," headlines current 10-time nominee "Mad Max: Fury Road."

Other presenters added to the roster include Tina Fey ("Sisters"), Ryan Gosling ("The Big Short"), Kevin Hart ("Ride Along 2"), and Jacob Tremblay ("Room"). No word yet on whether last year's quartet of acting winners — Eddie Redmayne, Julianne Moore, J.K. Simmons, and Patricia Arquette — will return to continue the annual tradition of presenting this year's acting trophies.

Performers announced for the 88th Academy Awards show slated for February 28 on ABC include Lady Gaga ("Til It Happens to You"), Sam Smith ("Writing's on the Wall"), The Weeknd ("Earned It"), and past nominee Pharrell Williams.
