“The Walking Dead” fans, all summer long we’ve been debating the dramatic event’s of last season’s finale, when new baddie Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) killed someone off camera. While we won’t officially find out the answer until Season 7 premieres on October 23, we can now reveal the results of our poll from last April when we asked you our readers to predict who got whacked.
Of the unlucky 11 characters on the chopping block at the end of Season 6, a whopping 37% of our readers believe that Glenn Rhee (Steven Yeun) is the one sacrificed by the TV gods. In second place is Abraham Ford (Michael Cudlitz) with 28% of the vote, followed by Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) in third place at 10%.
Do you agree or disagree with how the results are playing out so far? Sound off by voting in our poll below. Season 7’s executive producers are Scott M. Gimple, Robert Kirkman, Gale Anne Hurd, David Alpert, Greg Nicotero and Tom Luse. Per AMC, as in previous seasons, this year’s 16 episodes will air in two parts, with the first eight episodes kicking off October 23 and the final eight returning sometime in February 2017.
