From the time that Oscar nominations were announced on Jan. 24 until final voting began on Feb. 13, we heard from seven guilds (producers, directors, actors, cinematographers, film editors, production designers and visual effects wizards). And the BAFTAs took place in London the night before Oscar ballots went live.
Four of the other guilds (writers, makeup artists & hair stylists, sound editors and sound mixers) will chime in during the nine days of voting, with only the costume designers holding off till hours after Oscar voting ends on Feb. 21
