Soon after winning “America’s Got Talent” 2017, 12-year-old ventriloquist Darci Lynne Farmer entertained audiences at her Las Vegas show at Planet Hollywood. While thousands of fans were able to attend the four sold-out shows, not everyone who supported Farmer on her “AGT” journey was able to see the talented tyke live and in person. Well, that’s all about to change as Farmer has announced that she will soon embark on a cross-country tour, along with her trusted puppets.
“Ask and you shall receive!” Farmer wrote on Instagram. “Fans have been asking me to go to their city, so I’ve decided to hit the road with Petunia and the gang on my very first national theater tour! Here is the first round of dates with more to come. Bring family and friends for a night of entertainment you won’t want to miss.”
Titled “Darci Lynne and Friends Live,” Farmer’s cross-country tour will visit the following five locations in 2018, with more likely to be added soon. You can purchase your tickets right now at www.darcilynne.com using the code “PETUNIA.” Here is the first round of cities and dates:
Atlanta, GA on Jan. 13
Ledyard, CT on Jan. 20
Medford, MA on Jan. 21
Springfield, MO on Feb. 17
Kansas City, MO on Feb. 18
Farmer is now the third ventriloquist to win NBC’s reality TV show following Terry Fator and Paul Zerdin. (See the complete list of “AGT” winners down below.) She’s also the second pre-teen girl to win “Americas Got Talent” following Grace VanderWaal. Auditions are currently taking place for next year’s cycle, so hurry and audition if you think YOU can be the next Darci Lynne Farmer.
