Are you a fan of Joss Whedon who wants to re-watch your favorite shows? Or have you been meaning to watch Whedon shows because people like me won’t shut up about how good they are? Well act fast: several Joss Whedon series and some other cult TV and movie classics are leaving Netflix. The streaming service is always in the process of adding and pruning titles from its lineup depending on its licensing deals with various studios, but April is going to be especially tough on the fans of sci-fi and fantasy classics.

Whedon’s “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” “Angel,” “Firefly” and “Dollhouse” will all be leaving Netflix next month. But that’s not all. David Boreanaz fans will lose seasons one through four of “Bones” too. All nine original seasons of “The X-Files” will also be exiting. The nerd purge is also taking three seasons of the WB’s teen-alien series “Roswell,” all four Christopher Reeve “Superman” movies and the beloved comedy “The Princess Bride.”

Below is the complete list of shows leaving Netflix and when. Are you sad to see them go? Comment below, and join the discussion with your fellow movie and TV fans in our forums.
