It’s often the case that the first week of competition is a non-elimination round, with the season premiere scores added to subsequent viewer votes to determine who will be sent home in week two. That’s what we’re predicting tonight: the odds are 8/11 that there will be no elimination this week, which translates to a 58% chance of safety for all 12 contestants. But if there is an elimination our users are betting on “Saturday Night Live” comedian Chris Kattan, who gets 9/2 odds of exiting the show immediately. Comedians don’t have the strongest track record on “DWTS,” and Kattan doesn’t have a known dance background, so he’ll have to pull out all the stops right away to establish himself as a contender.

Actor and former professional wrestler Mr. T is next with 14/1 odds of being sent home. At age 64 he’s the oldest man in the competition, and older celebs rarely go all the way. In fact, the oldest winner in “DWTS” history was Donny Osmond, who was 52 when he won season nine in 2009 — more than a decade younger than Mr. T is now. Age also works against Spanish actress and musician Charo, who is third in line for elimination with 20/1 odds; she just turned 66 last week.

Our users are split several ways after that. “Real Housewives” star Erika Jayne and “Bachelor” star Nick Viall both get 22/1 odds of exiting, while baseball player David Ross gets 40/1 odds and bull rider Bonner Bolton gets 80/1 odds.
