Reality stars from “Real Housewives” haven’t fared especially well on “Dancing with the Stars” over the years; NeNe Leakes was the most successful to date, finishing seventh in season 18. Now it looks like Erika Jayne will fall short of that mark. We’re expecting her to be eliminated tonight in ninth place. That’s according to the latest predictions of our users, who have entered our contest to forecast the results on “DWTS” every week.
Jayne gets leading odds of 2/5 of being sent home on “Disney Night.” That translates to a 72% chance of leaving the show. She got her best judges’ scores last week for her “Most Memorable Year” cha cha (a total of 30 out of 40), but the competition has quickly intensified, so even that impressive score couldn’t keep her from landing at the bottom of the leaderboard, tied with another reality show personality, “Bachelor” star Nick Viall.
Viall’s score of 30 for his rumba was also his best to date on the show, but while he scored the same as Jayne, far fewer of our users think he’s at risk of elimination. He ranks second with 4/1 odds, or a 21% likelihood of being voted off the show. That means Jayne is more than three times likelier to be sent home according to our predictions, which means that most of our users expect Viall to get more support from the voting public.
Perhaps surprisingly, Olympic figure skater Nancy Kerrigan ranks third in our elimination predictions with 22/1 odds (4% chance). She finished fourth on the leaderboard with a total score of 33 out of 40, but does she have the viewer support to match those strong numbers? So far she has gotten enough approval from the judges to keep her out of harm’s way, but if she has an off week her fan base may be tested.
As of this writing none of our users are predicting anyone else for elimination. Ranked fourth is bull rider Bonner Bolton with 66/1 odds (2% chance) and in fifth place is baseball star David Ross with 80/1 odds (1% chance).
