Olympic gymnast Simone Biles remains the frontrunner to win the Mirror Ball Trophy at the end of the season with 2/3 odds, which is steady from her position this time last week. Perhaps we should take these predictions with a grain of salt since none of the contestants have hit the dance floor yet, but by this time last season we were already predicting Biles’s Olympic teammate Laurie Hernandez to win the Mirror Ball and she did. We also correctly forecast that race car driver James Hinchcliffe would make the finals.

Biles is also expected to get the top score from judges tonight, but our users aren’t nearly as sure about that one. She gets 21/20 odds, with “Glee” star Heather Morris close behind her with odds of 17/10. Morris is also in second place for the Mirror Ball Trophy with odds of 10/3, which is down slightly from 3/1 odds this time last week. A former contestant on “So You Think You Can Dance” and a back-up dancer for Beyonce, Morris arguably has the most dance experience of any of the celebrity contestants, so she’s certainly one to watch.

Normani Kordei ranks third in our predictions for both the Mirror Ball Trophy and for the high score in tonight’s season premiere episode. She gets 12/1 odds to win the season (up slightly from 14/1 odds last week) and 14/1 odds of getting the week’s high score. She’s a member of the girl group Fifth Harmony, who have won fan-voted contests at the MTV Video Music Awards and American Music Awards. So she undoubtedly has the fan base to back her up, plus proven musicality and dance skills from her experiences with the group. She could be a real dark horse.

Bull rider Bonner Bolton ranks fourth in our Mirror Ball Trophy predictions with 28/1 odds (up from 33/1 last week). Recent “Bachelor” star Nick Viall gets 50/1 odds of winning the season, followed by figure skater Nancy Kerrigan (66/1 odds) and baseball player David Ross (80/1 odds). However, NFL star Rashad Jennings gets better odds (33/1) than all four of them of getting the high score for the night.
