7:59 p.m. – Previously, on “Hell’s Kitchen”! Josh Trovato squandered his golden opportunity of being switched from the Blue Team to the Red Team and ended up being sent him home during dinner service. Robyn Almodovar, meanwhile, acclimated herself a little better after being sent to the Red Team, except for that moment where she dropped a tray of chicken on the floor. With Josh gone, who will Ramsay set his sights on next? Let’s find out!

8:12 p.m. – Everyone is thrilled that Josh got the ax so they they decide to celebrate with some beverages and weird sexual banter. The next morning they arrive to Desano Pizza to kick off their next challenge. Each contestant will have to spin a wheel to find out which country’s cuisine style will inspire their pizza. They will then pair up for head-to-head cook-offs. With 30 minutes to finish their pizzas, the kitchen quickly turns into complete chaos. Elise Harris can’t even figure out how to put her pizza in the oven, soliciting the first “F” bomb from Ramsay.

8:22 p.m. – Elise’s pizza basically looks like a giant taco now because she couldn’t manage to get it off the oven tray. Time for the judging! Ramsay has two pals to help him judge the contest, where one player from the Red Team will take on one player from the Blue Team one at a time. Winning over two out of the three judges earns the point. With two points each, the contest came down to Giovanni Filippone vs. Michelle Tribble. Michelle won it for the Red Team, which was treated to a Hollywood tour. The Blue Team had to stay behind to set Hell’s Kitchen dining room for tonight’s service.

8:35 p.m. – After a grueling punishment, both teams are now prepping for a special Italian night in Hell’s Kitchen. Per usual, the dining room is crowded with starving VIP guests, including a Miss Universe from five years ago. Almost immediately Robyn and Ben Walanka get into an argument about poor communication. Over on the Red Team, Manda Palomino was feeling the heat because her celiac disease prevented her from tasting the pasta. She can’t seem to figure out if it’s cooked or not and blames Michelle for her troubles.

8:37 p.m. – Ramsay pulls the entire Blue Team into the pantry and lights into them about the raw lamb they are serving up. He can’t believe their incompetence. After allowing them back into the kitchen, he calls back Van Hurd who he caught laughing about it. Could Van be heading home next?

8:43 p.m. – Van says he is here to win, but Ramsay is furious. Van apologizes profusely and scurries back off to the kitchen with his tail between his legs. With the laughter in check and the lamb cooked to perfection, the Blue Team begins serving their meals. Meanwhile, on the Red Team, Michelle is trying to cook the lamb by herself. All seemed to be going well until she wiped out and hit the floor like a ton of bricks on her way to the oven. Back on the Blue Team, Jared Bobkin cut his finger and received sympathy from absolutely no one. According to Ramsay it was barely bleeding. “Do me a favor. Grow some,” was his response. Humiliating.

8:51 p.m. – On an evening where guests should be enjoying their own little taste of Italy, the Blue Team has been completely scatterbrained. The medic even confirmed that Jared lied about his cut just so he could escape the kitchen’s drama. What a mess! Ramsay sent the entire Blue Team up to the dorm and won’t even let them finish the meal. He will take care of it himself. He praises the Red Team for their great cooking.

8:53 p.m. – The Blue Team is upstairs arguing over who should go home. Van is still laughing and Jared has a fake cut. They’re most likely to be on the chopping block. Robyn is telling the men that they are terrible communicators, but they seem to wish she would just leave their team.

8:59 p.m. – It’s the moment of truth. Ramsay can’t believe how far the Blue Team has fallen. They decided to nominate Jared because he’s a disaster and Robyn because she talks too much. Robyn said she would like to go back to the Red Team because working with the men was a nightmare. Giovanni basically calls her a traitor so she backpedals and says she will do whatever Chef Ramsay wants. But he made his choice. Robyn…should get back in line! Jared was asked to turn in his apron and was eliminated from the competition. Jared remains adamant that he has a cut on his finger.
