Oscars 2017 nominations: Best prediction scores by our Users and Editors

Congratulations to our User James_Fenimore for scoring a terrific 81.94% when predicting the 2017 Oscars nominations on Tuesday. He actually tied with JasonOsia with that percentage but had the better point total of 62,938 over 42,982 by using the 500 super bets wisely. In the third spot is eastwest with 81.48% accuracy.

Over 5,400 people worldwide predicted these nominees across all 24 categories. Our top scorer was perfect in the Best Picture, Best Actor, and Best Supporting Actress categories. He also had impressive long shot picks of “Hail Caesar!” for Best Production Design, “Hidden Figures” for Best Adapted Screenplay, “The Lobster” for Best Original Screenplay, “Lion” for Best Cinematography, and “The Empty Chair” for Best Original Song.
