The Singing Trump performs on ‘America’s Got Talent’ 2017 live show: Can he win the ‘AGT’ popular vote? [WATCH]

After previously earning the judges’ votes, can The Singing Trump now win the “AGT” popular vote? The Presidential impersonator performed Tuesday night on the first live show of “America’s Got Talent” 2017, and he had the audience dancing in their seats. “I’ve got talent in my toenails, and tonight you’re gonna see the most tremendous performance in the history of reality TV,” The Singing Trump declared in a pre-taped package. While last time he performed a medley of Backstreet Boys songs, this time The Singing Trump took on “Shut Up and Dance” by Walk the Moon and “U Can’t Touch This” by MC Hammer. The judges were decidedly mixed on his performance.

“Let me just tell you, I’ve got a love-hate relationship with you,” Mel B confessed about the act she once fought against. “The beginning, your timing was so off. I’m like, I wish you would have rehearsed that bit stronger. But you got me with ‘Hammer Time.’ And your choreography is on point. The ‘Hammer Time’ is where it’s at.”

Simon Cowell laughed, “I was just kind of sitting here thinking, what’s happening? If I’d have just tuned into the show for the first time this year, I would be like, ‘What the bloody hell’s that?’ Look, best advice is, cut down on the tweeting, little bit more work on the choreography, but you could be fine.”

Heidi Klum brought real-life politics into the mix when she admitted, “Let’s face it: Some people hate Trump, some people love Trump. But I think we can all agree, we all this Donald Trump, we do. You made us laugh.”

Before signing off, The Singing Trump noted that his goal is to “Make ‘AGT’ great again.” Do YOU think The Singing Trump will advance to the next round of “Americas Got Talent” 2017?
