On Tuesday, Chris Blue won season 12 of “The Voice” over frontrunner Lauren Duski in the closest vote in the history of the show. Duski, who had been coached by Blake Shelton, was widely expected to win. While her loss was a surprise, so was the strong showing by Shelton’s other artist, Aliyah Moulden, who rallied to take third place.
While Blue and Duski both had two tunes from Monday’s final in the top 10 on iTunes, Moulden had managed just one, with her original song “Never Be Lonely.” As part of the promotional push for the final four, Moulden made a video version of “Never Be Lonely,” which you can watch above.
On Monday’s show, this teen talent had fun bopping to the catchy tune by singer/songwriter Jake Hagood (“Goodbye”) who has produced hits for Cody Simpson and Lucy Hale.
