CBS has set the date for the season finale of “Survivor” 35, dubbed “Heroes v. Healers v. Hustlers.” The two-hour finale will air on Wednesday, December 20 from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. As usual, a one-hour reunion show will air immediately afterward, featuring all of the season’s castaways and hosted by four-time Emmy winner Jeff Probst.
As of last week’s episode, only nine players remain in the hunt for the $1 million prize. They’re composed of an uneven mix of original tribe members, with four Heroes (Chrissy Hofbeck, Ben Driebergen, JP Hilsabeck and Ashley Nolan), two Healers (Joe Mena and Mike Zahalsky) and three Hustlers (Devon Pinto, Ryan Ulrich and Lauren Rimmer). Who do YOU think will win? According to Gold Derby’s “Survivor” 35 odds, the four castaways most likely to prevail are Chrissy (19/10 odds), Devon (7/2 odds), Ryan (11/2 odds) and Ben (13/2 odds). This foursome has dominated much of the game so far, though there is drama in the ranks as Devon just found out that Ryan’s loyalties may be waning. After Ryan found the hidden immunity idol, he had separate conversations with both Devon and Ben where he told them the same secrets. Ben then spilled the beans to Devon about Ryan’s idol, with Devon feeling betrayed by his longtime companion.
As for who might go home in ninth place, our odds-makers predict that Joe’s time on the island has come to an end. He has leading 21/10 odds of being the next Healer sent home, following Cole Medders and Desi Williams. Do you agree or disagree with these “Survivor” 35 predictions?
