‘Celebrity Big Brother’ spoiler: First eviction thrown into turmoil as female alliance collapses

Celebrity Big Brother” has its first eviction on Friday (Feb. 9). The nominees are two of the five men in the house: UFC mixed martial artist Chuck Liddell and Big Time Rush singer/actor James Maslow. The first Head of Household, actress Shannon Elizabeth, had wanted the rest of the houseguests to send Maslow packing. However, she lost her title when “The Cosby Show” star Keshia Knight Pulliam won the first-ever Right to Recast. Spoilers ahead.

As we’ve seen on the live feeds, Pulliam is considering aligning herself with Omarosa and Liddell. That has made Elizabeth reconsider her position and she has been talking to Maslow about backing his bid to stay if he pledges loyalty to her going forward. But her one vote won’t be enough to keep him in the house and in the running for the $250,000 grand prize.

To that end, Maslow is looking for support from the other three men in the house: TV personality Ross Mathews, singer Mark McGrath and NBA all-star Metta World Peace. Elizabeth has been working to convince two of the women – “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Star” Brandi Granville and actress Marissa Jaret Winokur to join her new alliance.

Granville and Mathews are not so sure about bouncing Liddell and then making a move against Pulliam. Likewise Winokur and her new bestie, beauty queen Ariadna Gutiérrez, don’t want to alienate Omarosa, who is newly aligned with Pulliam, at this stage of the competition.

All of this drama is what makes the live feeds must-see-TV. How will it all play out? We will know at the end of Friday’s live episode. Be sure to sound off in the comments section about your theories as to which houseguest will be evicted, and which will ultimately be crowned the first “CBB” winner.
