Team Alicia Keys on ‘The Voice’: Terrence Cunningham was robbed of place in Top 12, say 40% of readers

Alicia Keys could well find that third time is the charm as a coach on “The Voice.” She is regarded as having the strongest team of the four coaches heading into the Top 12 stage of the competition, which kicks off on Monday, April 23. But we wondered if she could have an even better chance of winning again just two seasons after coaching Chris Blue to victory.

After America voted for Britton Buchanan and Jackie Foster as two of her team to take to the Top 12, Keys had a tough decision to make. Each of her four remaining artists in the Top 24 had their respective strengths (and weaknesses). In the end she went with Christiana Danielle over Johnny Bliss, Terrence Cunningham and Kelsea Johnson.

We asked you which of the three artists that she didn’t pick was the most deserving to move on to the live shows. As of this writing, Cunningham has a slight lead over Johnson (40% to 37%) with Bliss at 23%.

If you haven’t voted in our poll yet, take read of the brief recap of each of these three artists and then cast your ballot as to which was the best. And be sure to sound off in the comments section. (Weigh in on the other coach’s choices too: Kelly Clarkson, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton.)
