7:59 p.m. – “Previously, on ‘The Amazing Race’!” In last week’s premiere episode, Dessie and Kayla lost a foot race in a photo finish and became the first castoffs of Season 30. The remaining 10 teams still in the race are: “Big Brother” lovebirds Cody Nickson and Jessica Graf, Indy car drivers Alexander Rossi and Conor Daly, yoga instructors Sarah Williams and April Gould, lifeguards Lucas Bocanegra and Brittany Austin, classical musicians Trevor Wadleigh and Chris Marchant, X-Games athletes Kristi Leskinen and Jen Hudak, competitive eaters Joey Chestnut and Tim Janus, dating debators Henry Zhang and Evan Lynyak, firefighting twins Eric Guiffreda and Daniel Guiffreda, and retired NBA players Cedric Ceballos and Shawn Marion.

8:07 p.m. – The winners of the last leg of the race, Kristi and Jen (Team Extreme), were the first to head to their newest destination: Belgium! Everyone was able get on the first flight out of Iceland, but once the contestants touch down in Antwerp it will quickly become a foot race.

8:15 p.m. – For the first Road Block, contestants will compete in “Sky Climb.” They have to climb to the top of a free-hanging ladder and grab their clue before the platform the ladders are attached to descends. Trevor and Chris finished in first place and are headed to the Detour! They have the option of mastering an old-school printing press or learning to appraise diamonds.

8:25 p.m. – Cody and Jessica were the first to arrive at the printing press, followed by Cedric and Shawn. Kristi and Jen were third to arrive and appeared to make quick work of the challenge, but Team Slam Dunk were the first to finish. Meanwhile, teams seemed to be having a much more difficult time determining the value of diamonds over at the other Detour.

8:35 p.m. – Teams will now go head-to-head in an obstacle course race. If they lose the race, they must wait for the next team to arrive and race again. Whichever team loses the last head-to-head battle will be eliminated. This is an “Amazing Race” first! The first to duel was Cedric from Team Slam Dunk versus Cody from Team Big Brother. Cody absolutely annihilated the NBA All-Star, winning this leg of the race for Team Big Brother!

8:45 p.m. – Shawn took over for Team Slam Dunk to compete against Henry from Team Yale. Henry struggled to steer the dolly full of freight and Shawn brought Team Slam Dunk a second place finish after nearly being eliminated last week. Next, Kristi from Team Extreme took out Evan from Team Yale, securing a third place finish for the professional skiers. Team Yale went on to lose three more races to Chris from Team Well Strung, Alex from Team IndyCar and Lucas from Team Ocean Rescue. What a disaster! Is there any team they can beat? Or will this Ivy League duo be too exhausted to stand a chance?

8:59 p.m. – Tim led Team Chomp to a seventh place finish, handing Team Yale their sixth loss in the obstacle course. It was now up to Henry to take out April from Team Goat Yoga. If Team Yale has any hope, this is it! In a dramatic finish, Henry finally crossed the line first for Team Yale, securing them eighth place for this leg of the race. In the final race of this leg, April will take on Daniel from Team Firefighters. After running neck and neck throughout the first half of the course, Daniel pulled away, ending “The Amazing Race” journey for April and Sarah.
