Steve Buscemi ("Boardwalk Empire") has been the somewhat surprising winner two years running as Best TV Drama Actor at the Screen Actors Guild Awards. He could contend against last year's nominees Patrick J. Adams ("Suits"), Bryan Cranston ("Breaking Bad"), and Michael C. Hall ("Dexter"), but Kyle Chandler ("Friday Night Lights") is no longer eligible.
The most likely nominees next time could be Hugh Bonneville ("Downton Abbey"), Jeff Daniels ("The Newsroom"), Peter Dinklage ("Game of Thrones"), Kelsey Grammer ("Boss"), Jon Hamm ("Mad Men"), and recent Emmy champs Damian Lewis ("Homeland") and Aaron Paul ("Breaking Bad").
Others on the ballot might include Andre Braugher ("Last Resort"), Josh Charles and Alan Cumming ("The Good Wife"), James Cromwell and Zachary Quinto ("American Horror Story: Asylum"), Larry Hagman ("Dallas"), Jared Harris and John Slattery ("Mad Men"), Dustin Hoffman ("Luck"), Jeremy Irons ("The Borgias"), Hugh Laurie ("House"), Gabriel Macht ("Suits"), William H. Macy ("Shameless"), Timothy Olyphant ("Justified"), Mandy Patinkin ("Homeland"), and Sam Waterston ("The Newsroom").
