11 BFCA Best Picture champs also won Oscars: "Fargo" (1996), "American Beauty" (1999), "Gladiator" (2000), "A Beautiful Mind" (2001), "Chicago" (2002), "The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King" (2003), "The Departed" (2006), "No Country for Old Men" (2007), "Slumdog Millionaire" (2008), "The Hurt Locker" (2009), and "The Artist" (2011).
Six BFCA Best Picture honorees were Oscar nominees: "Sense and Sensibility" (1995), "L.A. Confidential" (1997), "Saving Private Ryan" (1998), "Sideway" (2004), "Brokeback Mountain" (2005), and "The Social Network" (2010).
