I only truly like my first four this year ):

    1. BILLY FLYNN, Days Of Our Lives
Emotional scenes concerning Abigail’s “death’ were very strong.

    2. JOHN McCOOK, The Bold and the Beautiful
Strong scenes with Rena Sofer and Thorsten Kaye gave him his best material ever.

    3. SCOTT CLIFTON, The Bold and the Beautiful
Great work opposite Rena Sofer during the kidnapping storyline.

    4. JASON THOMPSON, The Young and the Restless
I have not warmed up all that much to his Billy, but in a weak field he scores high for me.

    5. ROGER HOWARTH, General Hospital
I don’t care for Franco; but he is always a fine actor.

    6. KRISTOFF ST JOHN, The Young and the Restless
he always does solid work; just not all that crazy about Neil this past year.

    7. CHRISTIAN LeBLANC, The Young and the Restless
Michael didn’t have much to do in 2016, def. category fraud. Alwasy good.

    8. PETER BERGMAN, The Young and the Restless
Meh. Just don’t care for Jack these days.

    9. MAURICE BENARD, General Hospital
He has the Emmy-reels scenes this year. Just can’t stand him, that’s all!

    10. VINCENT IRIZARRY, Days of Our Lives
I want VI to leave Days. I really really really don’t like Deimos!

Vincent Irizarry, Roger Howarth, and Maurice Benard all play characters I cannot stand in stories that I dislike.

Christian LeBlanc is the only actor on the list who did not work much in 2016.

Peter Bergman is always good, but did not do much new in 2016.

Kristoff St. John had a strong year with some intense material.

Jason Thompson made a splashy debut as Billy, and distinguished the character from his GH persona.

John McCook had some great material as he character took center stage in the second half of the year.

Scott Clifton aired heavily all year and turned in some great work opposite Rena Sofer.

Billy Flynn also aired heavily. His stories were a mix of good and bad, but his performances never wavered.

    1. Billy Flynn

    2. Scott Clifton

    3. John McCook

    4. Jason Thompson

    5. Kristoff St. John

    6. Peter Bergman

    7. Christian LeBlanc

    8. Vincent Irizarry

    9. Roger Howarth

    10. Maurice Benard
