According to Daytime Confidential, Wally Kurth has been offered and accepted a contract at DAYS, so no more recurring for him.  The article says that means he won’t be appearing as Ned on GH for much longer, but I don’t know if I’d assume that necessarily.

Anyway, I think this is a good move.  It seems the show’s plan going forward may be to double down on vets, which is certainly what a lot of the fans want.  If they’re expending more energy on locking down familiars than attracting pretty newbies, I’d say that’s a good thing.  (No offense to pretty newbies, as those can sometimes be good, too.)

Interesting! And great news! For Days, at least. I have enjoyed watching Kurth on both GH and Days. I’m glad that Days is interesting in writing story for Justin and Adrienne.

Wally recently tweeted how they’re just finishing rehearsals for the 2015 Nurses Ball, which is currently slated to air the first week of May. So, he should be sticking around at GH for at least another month or two. (Probably exiting mid-May)
