Alright, on to round 2 in our GFP Tournament! I hope you’re all as excited about the results as I am!

Katharine Hepburn (defeated by Daniel Day-Lewis)
Kate Winslet (defeated by Peter Finch)

Kinda sad that Dustin Hoffman didn’t make it for Rain Man, because that’s one of my favourite performances ever. Oh well. Good luck to all the Round 2 participants.

Another really tough round of matchups!

It’s especially hard for me because almost all my favourites advanced. I’m happy about it, but my decisions are harder as a result. I must say I’m especially glad that Peter Sellers got through.

I sent my picks by PM, so let me know if you don’t get them for whatever reason

Okay, we need at least one more vote for this round. A super tough matchup on all accounts, and has led to nearly each bracket being evenly tied.

I must say I’m especially glad that Peter Sellers got through.

Same here. Aside from my nominees, he’s probably my favorite choice in the game.

    Bette losing is an INJUSTICE!!

Agree. It was a close race between her and Bancroft, but finally she got the tiebreaker vote and nudged out Davis.
