    1984 Grammys Album of the Year (I’m surprised the Tina love didn’t carry over to Album of the Year…she, Prince, or Springsteen should have won).  Also, Stevie Nicks, Edge of Seventeen = absolutely robbed.

    The Academy Award for Best Picture (two awful choices in two very solid competition slates)

    2010
    Black Swan
    The Fighter
    Inception
    The Kids Are All Right
    * The King’s Speech
    127 Hours
    The Social Network
    Toy Story 3
    True Grit
    Winter’s Bone

    2012
    Amour
    * Argo
    Beasts of the Southern Wild
    Django Unchained
    Les Miserables
    Life of Pi
    Lincoln
    Silver Linings Playbook
    Zero Dark Thirty
