    1) was the main reason Disney won its first-ever Animated Movie Oscar and headlined the most popular animated film ever;
    2) was part of the first salvo of what could be a revolution in the way movies are made in the future;
    3) began the gallant crusade against the stalkerazzi who bedevil the children of married celebrities.

    Meet Kristen Anne Bell.  As great a candidate as any.

    “Happy” + “GIRL” + Grammy wins + “The Voice” should ensure a returning slot for Pharrell Williams.

    There are a couple I can think of off the bat that probably will be on the list:

    1)Matthew McCounaghey
    2)Pharrell
    3)Scarlett Johansson
    4)Emma Stone
    5)Meryl Streep
    6)Julia Roberts
    7) Justin Timberlake

    But the one I thin that will get the titile of entertainer of the year: Daft Punk or Pharrell Williams

    Angelina Jolie anybody?? Starring in a sure-to-be-Summer-blockbuster and directing a potential Holiday season hit??

    Certain contenders:

    Jessica Chastain (Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby + A Most Violent Year + Interstellar)
    Steve Carell (Career turnaround in Foxcatcher + Alexander and the terrible……)
    Shailenne Woodley (Divergent + The Fault In Our Stars)
    Matthew McConaughey (True Detective + Interstellar)
    Neil Patrick Harris (Hedwig and the Angry Inch + HIMYM finale + Gone Girl)
    Mark Ruffalo (Normal Heart + Foxcatcher)
    Channing Tatum (Foxcatcher + Lego Movie + Book of Life + Jupiter Ascending + 22 Jump Street)
    Seth Meyers (new star of Late Night + hosting Emmys)
    Ellen Page (major publicity from coming out + X-Men)
    Scarlett Johansson (Captain America + Under the Skin + Lucy)

    I am fairly confident that it will be Angelina Jolie.

    With Maleficent opening as well as it did I’d say if Unbroken gets at least decent reviews you’re probably right. Plus buzz around her and Brad Pitt finally getting married (maybe) doesn’t hurt either

    I would like to nominate a long shot: Allison Janney (Mom, Masters of Sex, Mr. Peabody and Sherman, Tammy)

    Adam Levine (The Voice, Begin Again, New Album)
    Mark Ruffallo (Begin Again, Foxcatcher, The Normal Heart)
    Neil Patrick Harris (Hedwig, How I Met Your Mother, Gone Girl)

    There are too many others to list. I always hate when they go with someone that did like 2 things that year like Sandra Bullock (The Heat, Gravity) and Ben Affleck (Argo. That was it).
