Ahhhh such a hard choice. When I first watched Baby Jane, I was more fixated on Joan Crawford’s acting. Her backstory also made me really feel for her. But, when I first saw All About Eve, I fell in love with Bette Davis. I’ll go with Joan Crawford, but Bette is still so great.
I’m going to also answer your MM question: I was really pulling for Northwestern during their game against Vanderbilt. Unfortunately they didn’t make it past their second game, but they still put up a good fight; hopefully they’ll do better next year.
What movie are you most anticipating this year? What show?March 19, 2017 at 11:29 pm #1202041140
The movie I am most anticipating is “Blade Runner 2049”. I want Roger Deakins to finally win his damn Oscar though I think “Dunkirk” will provide strong competition.
The show I am most awaiting is the next season of “Game of Thrones”.

The new PTA film and the new Hong Sang-soo film(s). Directors I love.
Are you watching FX’s FEUD? If yes, is it living up to the hype?TeridaxParticipantJoinedDec 12th, 2014Total Topics28Posts2284March 19, 2017 at 11:47 pm #1202041144
Yes, I am watching Feud. I still haven’t seen tonight’s episode though, and it isn’t a masterpiece, but I’ll be very surprised if Big Little Lies (which I still have yet to see at all) and Fargo fail to surpass it in quality. FEUD is still very good, with truly remarkable production values and directing. As far as performances go, Sarandon and Molina are probably the highlights, and I’ve been loving how Judy Davis steals scenes so wickedly as Hedda Hopper!
Is anyone here watching Homeland Season 6, and if so, how does it compare with the other seasons? Great, okay, or just plain terrible?AtypicalParticipantJoinedDec 1st, 2011Total Topics209Posts14510March 20, 2017 at 2:02 am #1202041199
It’s an excellent, return-to-form season. Watch it or catch up ASAP.

What is the last thing you cooked? How did it turn out? And I mean really cooked so opening a can or heating up a frozen dinner does not count.March 21, 2017 at 7:15 pm #1202043095
A vegan pizza. It was okay. I tried to make it as healthy as possible so it didn’t taste like regular pizza.
