I’ve always liked the scene in Halloween (2007) where young Michael Myers kills the nurse watching him as Dr. Loomis walks Deborah Myers out. Then the alarms sound, they return, and it’s the turning point where we see him aggressively lash out toward his mother for the first time. I really liked the whole movie lol

another is the stabbing in Zodiac of the couple on the grass.
My favorite would have to be the whole premonition death scene from Final Destination 2 with the cars crashing and the destruction. i held my breathe the whole time.

The prom scene in Carrie (that counts, right?), or the scene where she flips the car.
She finally had that moment where she felt like she fit in and didn’t feel like an isolated freak. The dress, the guy, Prom King and Queen…everything seemed like it was finally going in a better direction. When the pig blood is dumped and everyone’s laughing (her mother’s comment, “they’re all gonna laugh at you” haunting her), she’s finally had enough of being treated so badly by her peers. It was so satisfying to see her stand up for herself.

they are both very disturbing and very good movies …no judgement i picked final destination lol
