Why is the Alt-Left free of criticism?
VA Senate candidate Corey Stewart defended President Trump’s insistence that “both sides” were responsible for violence in Charlottesville. “No one has been talking about the violent Antifa that have been equally to blame for the violence that occurred,” Stewart said.
Not only that, the police did not follow standard riot control protocol. The first thing you do is separate the ‘combatants’ by creating a police barrier between the two. It is not very complicated and is very effective…you’ve probably seen this simple tactic on CNN.
The destruction of historical monuments is very Taliban/ISISlike…it is “a form of cultural cleansing”.

Removing monuments from the Civil War to erase history is a mistake.
My opinion that those monuments should be left alone isn’t because I support the horrible things that have been done in our history. It’s exactly the opposite.
Every country’s history has a dark spot in it. More than one, if we’re being honest. But the fact that we aren’t still mired in those dark places means that we have made strides .
Rewriting history is positively Orwellian, and a terribly dangerous path.
Just a word of advice…
the post by Teridax is interminable and boring
and GusCruz’s last post is an excellent article about racism…astute. It is worth going back to part 1.
