wow separating races in awards….fun fun fun….

    how racist is this…..

Martin Luther King would be ashamed of this! in his “i have a dream” speech he was talking about how he dreams that all of the races would unite…..not separate. Shameful

The only ‘shameful’ thing I see are the number of noms I see up there for Tyler Perry. Also you “racist” finger pointers. That’s what I’m sick of.

Not to you pook!!!!How is this award show racist????????????? People on these board make the most ignorant comments I swear. The show honors those who are talented but does not have the same opportunity as others. I agree that Tyler Perry is over awarded although he was not bad as Alex Cross. One thing I will say is that NAACP is suppose to be about “colored” people not just black.

I don’t mind these awards. However, they’ve been so off base with their nominations over the years, and then there’s the cherry picking whatever caucasion/Asain/Latinos to fill in the gaps. I don’t have any respect for them. This is one of the least embarrassing set of nominees they’ve assembled. And compared to their music and TV selections it’s positively perfection (Tyler Perry aside).

Okay so wheres the White/caucasion awards? Or the Asian awards? Another one of these awards that specifically awards black people? My god we already have the Black Reel, BET, and to a lesser extent the NAACP awards. Theres no reason for another prejudice award show, my fucking god.

O I know. Those poor, poor white people,

Btw I’m fairly certain Dakota Fanning was nominated for one of these in Secret Life of Bees. A token presence. Ah-hahahahaha!

Don’t forget there are other races as well that inhibit the Oscars sides blacks/whites. But my god who cares what you’re race is! We are all God’s children and that makes everything right!
